I'm a Single mother and a CNA I take care of the elderly I don't hurt people. I have been as patient as possible. Still haven't resolved them stealing my money and leaving me uninsured from sept 12th to Oct 12 which I than got new insurance with All State. I had a 6 mth contract for the last 3 yrs I was a client. They kept messing up my payments to where I ended up paying double at once several times. My bank informed me that I would owe them with in the range of $2000 for insurance lapse. I paid to finish my contract I said I didn't want to renew with them because of the problems. They charged me more money and ended my contract the same day π€―π€¬ I paid for the full contract. Now they hang up on me when I keep asking for chain of command so I can go through the proper channels to file a complaint or to fix the problem they created they have yelled at me and interrupted while I ask for the information. PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE INSURANCE FROM STATE FARM ESPECIALLY NOT THIS OFFICE THEY ARE VERY DISGUSTING PEOPLE!!! YOU'LL REGRET IT! πππ I am filing with the BBB and small claims if I have to go that far. These outstanding reviews on here must be fake ya'll they're so Rude. God knows π I'm telling the Truth!.

Everybody here is so friendly and understanding! Being young and inexperienced with insurance can be kind of intimidating, Anna walked me through every step of the process and explained everything thoroughly! 10/10 for me! :)
